The apartment does not have parking. However, you can park on the street or use two nearby parking facilities: one at Marina Park and the other at Golfo de Campeche 57.

The building does not have an elevator; guests must climb stairs.
By policy, it will be required, prior to your arrival, that you send us official identification for all guests on the reservation (excluding minors).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $500 MXN to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.
Daily house cleaning is not available; however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory and must be covered by the guest.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 20 years of age to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $6,000 MXN.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Loud music is not allowed after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tents or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or additional cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving the furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in department using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
