Summary: Our 1 month stay at Green Bay 2 was great - exactly as pictured and described. The owner was very receptive right from the initial contact, answering all our questions, the deposit procedure, and keeping in contact prior to and while we were there. Even had a video call with us to go over the working of the TV programming! Very clean, well stocked with supplies - paper, cleaning, great selection of bedding, towels, glassware/dishes, small appliances, cutlery ( great selection of sharp knives) and great set of pots and frying pans. To have weekly cleaning and laundry done was definitely a plus! To have access to the Beach Club/Sports Centre/shuttle bus is a nice available addition if you want to take advantage of it (cost extra) Lots of hot water, air conditioning in every room if needed, ceiling fans, screen doors, and propane bbq on the deck. Nice not to have the direct hot sun on the deck in afternoon. I would definitely rent this property again if I had the opportunity.
